Starting Thursday, November 15, 2017, the SU Wellness Centre is offering a 3 session Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based group for exam anxiety. Included in the sessions will be strategies for improving your test performance, inviting relaxation and ways to increase confidence in test writing situations.
