The Student’s Union Wellness Centre has planned two upcoming Stress Management Strategies sessions.
The sessions will take place on Thursday, March 13 at 3:30pm, and Tuesday, March 18 at noon. Each session will last 50 minutes, and is to be held in the Wellness Centre Classroom (MacEwan Student Centre, 3rd floor).
No registration is required – students are encouraged to drop by for either or both sessions.
