Student Wellness Services will once again be offering their popular and effective group program for students struggling with managing anger.
Dates: Every Tuesday starting on February 22nd to March 15th
Time: 10:30am to Noon (Calgary Time)

Do you have trouble dealing with anger, frustration, aggression & hostility? Are your angry feelings impacting your relationships, stress levels, school performance? Do you have trouble letting go, moving on, or choosing a different path?
Learn ways to calm down, choose more effective responses and change thinking patterns that can negatively impact your life in this four-week program.
This is a four week program running on Tuesdays from 10:30am to noon from February 22 to March 15, 2022. Attendance at all 4 weekly sessions is required. This group is for current UCalgary students only.
