In a Special Wellness Edition, UThisWeek is highlighting wellness events and resources available on campus.
Including:
- National Depression Screening Day: on Thursday, October 4, students can visit MacEwan Hall and fill out a depression screening survey on a provided iPad. The Wellness Centre will be on hand to provide further information and support to those taking the survey.
- The Wellness Guide, a free online resource covering a range of topics, from nutrition and exercise to anxiety.
- Wellness Workshops, for assistance with public speaking, test anxiety, and more
