The CanLearn Centre|Calgary Learning Centre is hosting an Intensive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Intervention Group on Tuesday evenings from October 2, 2012 to December 4, 2012. The group will focus on developing practical skills to deal with disorganization, procrastination, distraction, perfectionism, and more.
