The SU Wellness Centre has partnered with Active Living to offer a free, 8 week program for students to practice mindfulness and yoga as a sustainable method of coping with stress.
The program takes place every Wednesday starting February 12 and will run over the lunch hour.
Any University of Calgary student can participate, but the program is designed to support students who are currently experiencing feelings of stress or anxiety (no clinical diagnosis is required).
