Roberta Amos, a strategy and performance consultant, is hosting a workshop on Flex Planning to help students keep on top of things and to reduce stress. Strategies to plan your time effectively will be discussed, and you will create a productivity system that drives real change to accomplish your goals and balance your life. This includes:
– Time planning with flexibility
– Creating a plan to complete tasks/goals over a set period of time
– Flexing your schedule as life happens
– Intentionally planning time for fun and self-care
