The University of Calgary has formed a Sub-Committee on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence, specifically related to students.
The Sub-Committee will provide recommendations to ensure that practices and policies to address and prevent sexual harassment and sexual violence of students on campus meet the needs of the university community as a whole.
In conjunction with the Sub-Committee’s mandate, a survey of student perceptions has been created to solicit student feedback on the issue of sexual violence and to better understand student perceptions related to prevention and support. This survey is being conducted until Tuesday, March 17, 2015.
If you are an undergraduate or graduate student at the University of Calgary, please consider completing this brief survey on sexual harassment and sexual violence to help inform the Sub-Committee. Participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous. The information shared in the survey will be collected strictly for the use of the Sub-Committee in establishing recommendations to the Provost’s Office.
