This Fall, the Wellness Centre at the University of Calgary is launching a new program called Roots of Resiliency.
Roots of Resiliency is a seven week program to improve your personal wellness and build your resilience. Each session focuses on a different dimension of wellness. You will have an opportunity to learn and practice new skills in the following areas:
· Goal setting
· Physical activity
· Healthy eating
· Resiliency
· Stress management
· Social connectedness
The program runs on Wednesdays, 4:00pm-5:30pm, starting October 8 and going until November 19. There is no cost to participating in this program and snacks will be provided.
