Student Wellness Services will once again be offering their popular and effective group program for students experiencing Exam Anxiety.

You will be introduced to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) ideas to help reduce your anxiety and improve your test performance. Included in the sessions will be strategies for improving your test performance, inviting relaxation, and ways to increase confidence in test writing situations.
This is a three week session on November 16, November 23, and November 30 from 2:30 – 4:00pm. Sessions cover different material and build off of one another. We strongly encourage attending all three sessions to maximize effectiveness.
