In this one hour workshop you will learn more about exam anxiety, the impact it has on you, and ways you can manage it. We will focus on your health & wellness, managing your thoughts, active coping, relaxation skills, and test taking skills relevant to our current learning environment.
This is an online workshop available to current undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Calgary. This workshop is not available to alumni, faculty, or staff.
