EY Canada is expanding their team of neuro-diverse talent and launching a Neurodiversity Centre of Excellence (NCoE) in their Vancouver office.
Who?
At EY we know it takes a multi-functional and diverse approach to drive maximum value. This includes leveraging inherent cognitive differences among our teams, including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Acquired Neurodiversity, among others. Great minds don’t always think alike.
EY is looking for candidates from different educational backgrounds like computer science, business, engineering, etc., with an aptitude for programming and learning new technologies. An attitude that promotes teamwork and finding creative solutions to today’s biggest challenges is required.
Successful candidates will join a team of technically talented professionals who are integrated on project teams across the firm and EY clients. The NCoE team focuses on bringing emerging technologies including AI/Automation, Blockchain, Cyber, and Data Analytics solutions to clients.
We welcome graduates, students, alumni and faculty from Alberta and BC schools to attend and learn about upcoming opportunities.
The event is being co-hosted with the Haskayne School of Business, which has generously offered to host candidates from all schools in Alberta and BC.
Why?
EY recognizes that there is an untapped talent pool of candidates who identify as neurodivergent. Through a non-traditional interviewing and hiring methodology, and innovative supports leveraging inclusive design, EY is making an intentional effort to diversify the people, ideas, and lived experiences on our teams. Our teams leverage innovative technology and unique perspectives as a distinct business advantage.
