Break the Stigma Summit 2018

The 2018 Break the Stigma Summit, hosted by the UCalgary Mental Health Awareness Club, will take place on Monday, April 9, 2018 from 5pm to 8pm in Cassio A/B, MacEwan Student Centre, University of Calgary.

Join us for our third-annual gathering of students, professionals and community members in an engaging evening of dialogue about mental health. The event will consist of an inspiring keynote address, small group discussions, interactive activities, a prize draw, and many more exciting activities to promote mental health and reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. You will hear directly from individuals with both lived and professional experience dealing with mental illness, learn about on-campus and community resources available for those with mental health concerns and their supporters, and be part of creating a growing on-campus support network for those with mental illness.
