SU Mindfulness Program for Students

This Spring, the SU Wellness Centre’s outreach team will lead mindfulness sessions as a form of self-discovery and sustainable method to cope with stress.

The Program will involve 5 sessions in total – participants can choose either every Wednesday from May 28 to June 25 (3-4pm) or every Thursday from May 29 to June 26 (12:30-1:30pm).

Undergraduate Science Centre now open

As detailed in this morning’s UToday, the Undergraduate Science Centre is now open in EEEL 435. The USC is specially equipped to answer students’ questions about science programs, internship and co-operative education opportunities and programs.
