Mental Health Awareness Week

All this week, the Campus turns its attention to Mental Health, offering activities, events and workshops aimed at reducing stigma and building resiliency.

The Procrastination Equation

On Wednesday, October 17, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Piers Steel, Haskayne School of Business faculty member, will be presenting on his new book, The Procrastination Equation, in Gallery Hall, Taylor Family Digital Library.

Special Wellness Edition

In a Special Wellness Edition, UThisWeek is highlighting wellness events and resources available on campus.

Including:

  • National Depression Screening Day: on Thursday, October 4, students can visit MacEwan Hall and fill out a depression screening survey on a provided iPad. The Wellness Centre will be on hand to provide further information and support to those taking the survey.
  • The Wellness Guide, a free online resource covering a range of topics, from nutrition and exercise to anxiety.
